Charles Fleishman has been practicing law in Southern California since 1970. He was born in Los Angeles, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from USC. He is admitted to practice law before all of the courts of California, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

He has tried approximately 225 jury trials and well over 1500 court trials since being admitted to the Bar. In 1994, Mr. Fleishman was a candidate for Los Angeles County Superior Court judge. In that election, he was given the highest possible competency rating, "well qualified," by the Los Angeles County Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee.

Mr. Fleishman has been named a Super Lawyer in Los Angeles Magazine in 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Mr. Fleishman's practice has been devoted, since 1990, to representing employees with ERISA problems. He has never represented an employer or insurance company. He has handled over 200 ERISA cases and has a success rate of over 90%. Most of his clients hire him on a contingency basis. Clients have come from all over California, Oregon and Nevada.
