Charles Fleishman has been practicing law in Southern California since 1970. He was born in Los Angeles, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from USC. He is admitted to practice law before all of the courts of California, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
He has tried approximately 225 jury trials and well over 1500 court trials since being admitted to the Bar. Mr. Fleishman's practice has been devoted, since 1990, to representing employees with ERISA problems. He has never represented an employer or insurance company.
